Girl's Weekend

Spent a much needed girl's weekend with the little vegan and visiting my folks. I was allowed limited time for the computer/phone and ban from cooking all together. Had a wonderful time but am having definite cooking withdrawals. There will be no new recipes until next week but after a weekend of eating my mom's awesome vegan food I am inspired!
